Does Purpose have memory?
Yes. Purpose’s AI continues to learn about you over time. It can connect ideas from your past, understand patterns, and grow with you.
How quickly does Purpose learn my personality?
Within the first few minutes of conversation, the AI begins understanding your personality and communication style so it can tailor guidance to you.
Is my data used to train AI models?
No. Your conversations are not used to train new models. Only anonymized insights may be used to improve the app.
How private is my data?
Your data is secured in transit and at rest, access is restricted, and we never sell your personal data. You’re in control—delete your account and data any time from Settings. For more information read our Privacy Policy .
Can I cancel anytime?
If you decide Purpose isn’t right for you, you can cancel your subscription anytime before your next renewal. The process differs depending on whether you subscribed via the iOS app or the website. Check out our Help Center for detailed steps.
What is the refund policy?
Every member gets a 7‑day free trial. After your first charge, you have a 30‑day satisfaction window to request a full refund—no questions asked. If anything feels off, email support@purpose.app and we’ll make it right.
Does Purpose work on Android?
Android is on our roadmap. You can join the Android waitlist here to get early access when it’s ready. You can immediately get access to Purpose through our web app!
