Purpose Gift Membership Terms

These terms apply to the purchase and redemption of Purpose gift memberships (“Gift Memberships”). By purchasing a Gift Membership, you agree to these terms.
What a Gift Membership Is
A Purpose Gift Membership is a prepaid membership purchased for another person.
Gift Memberships are not gift cards, have no cash value, and can only be redeemed for access to the Purpose app.
How Gifting Works
- After purchase, the purchaser receives a unique redemption code.
- The purchaser is responsible for sharing this code with the recipient.
- The recipient redeems the code by signing in to an existing Purpose account or creating a Purpose account.
- Each Gift Membership may only be redeemed once.
When the Membership Starts
- Gift Memberships do not begin at purchase.
- The membership starts when the recipient successfully redeems the code.
- The membership term is based on the plan purchased (e.g., 3 months, 6 months, or 12 months).
- Gift Memberships do not include a free trial.
Expiration and Unredeemed Gifts
- Gift membership redemption codes expire 12 months from purchase if not redeemed.
- If a Gift Membership is not redeemed, no membership access is granted.
- Unredeemed Gift Memberships are non-refundable, except where required by law.
Refunds and Renewals
- Gift Memberships are non-refundable once purchased, except as required by law.
- Gift Memberships do not automatically renew.
- After the gifted term ends, the recipient may choose to purchase a paid membership.
